This blog exists because writing helps me think. I don't write because I have all the answers. I write because putting ideas into words forces me to challenge assumptions, clarify concepts, and understand things more deeply.

The name Refactor Logic comes from one of the most important ideas in software engineering: refactoring. Great engineering is rarely about starting over. It's about understanding what already exists, identifying what can be improved, and making thoughtful changes that move things forward. That mindset applies far beyond code. It applies to systems, processes, careers, businesses, and the way we think.

My interests span software architecture, .NET, cloud computing, distributed systems, microservices, frontend and backend development, cybersecurity, AI-assisted development, and the practical realities of building software that people actually use.

A few years ago, I also explored entrepreneurship and tried building a software startup. While it didn't grow into the business I originally envisioned, the experience taught me valuable lessons about technology, products, execution, and decision-making. Refactor Logic is now my place to share those lessons, along with the things I learn every month as an engineer.
